At GCKC, we strive to provide high-quality training programs to our students. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Admission fees will be refunded only if the student is unable to attend classes due to a genuine problem.
• Monthly installment fees are non-refundable.
• Digital products or services are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To request a refund:
1. Contact our support team at info@gckc.in with your order details and supporting documents if applicable.
2. If your request is approved, we will process the refund as per the eligibility criteria.
3. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• Check your bank account or payment method again.
• Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@gckc.in within 3 days.
The following items are non-refundable:
• Gift cards or promotional credits.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Downloadable software or digital content.
